Two brilliant Easter themed plays return to Beccles this week in the town’s public hall.
There are already a great set of Easter events in Beccles that are destined to occur, but the pinnacle of this year’s festivities has to be ‘Detect Egg’, the delightful family Easter play that always enjoys a strong reputation for gentle laughs in Beccles. Trying to solve the case of the missing Easter egg, Hattie Hen and Herlock Bones team up with Hunny Bunny and Rodney Roster as they explore Briddlesdown Farm in their fun-filled search, set to start at 3pm on April 18th.
Followed the next day by another Simply Smiley Productions play, ‘Panda’s Song’, the hall plays host for the first time to this exciting performance by writer Hannah Yaawusaah. Beginning at 11:30am and 1:30pm on April 19th, it’s set to be a family friendly event that delights people of all ages. Both of these wonderful Easter events in Beccles cost £5.50 per person, with family tickets retailing at £20 and available from the Beccles Town Hall website or by calling 01502 770062.
